மூன்று மொழிகள் திட்டத்தை அமல்படுத்த நீதிபதி ரங்கநாத் குழு பரிந்துரை

புதுதில்லி, டிச.20- நாடு முழுதும் மூன்று மொழிகள் திட்டத்தை அமல்படுத்துமாறு நீதிபதி ரங்கநாத் மிஸ்ரா குழு மத்திய அரசுக்கு பரிந்துரை செய்துள்ளது.

இந்தி, ஆங்கிலம், தாய்மொழி ஆகிய மூன்று மொழிகள் திட்டம் நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவது அவசியம் என்று நீதிபதி ரங்கநாத் மிஸ்ரா தலைமையிலான தேசிய மத மற்றும் மொழி சிறுபான்மையினர் ஆணையம் இப்பரிந்துரையை அரசுக்கு தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

மொழி அடிப்படையில் சிறுபான்மையினராக உள்ள மக்கள் கல்வி மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்பு பெற இப்புதிய திட்டம் பெரிதும் உதவியாக இருக்கும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

கருத்துக்கள்

இத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் ஒரு மொழி - ஒரே மொழி - இந்திமொழி - மட்டுமே இந்தியாவில் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்பதுதான். முதலில் தமிழ் நாட்டில் தமிழைக் கட்டாயமாக்கிவிட்டுப் பிற மொழிக் கல்வி பற்றிப பேசட்டும் மத்திய அரசு. தமிழ்ப்பற்று என்னும் படிகளில் ஏறி ஆட்சிக் கட்டிலில் அமர்ந்த தமிழகக் கட்சிகளே இதுபற்றிக் கவலைப்படாத பொழுது கட்டாய இந்தியைப் பரப்பும் மத்திய அரசா கவலைப்படப் போகிறது? அன்புடன் இலக்குவனார் திருவள்ளுவன்

இக் கணிணி உகத்தில் தேவையற்ற ஒன்று. தொலைபேசி, அலைபேசி வாயிலாக ஒரு மொழியில் பேசினாலும் மறுமொழியில் கேட்பதற்கான வாய்ப்பு உள்ள தொழில் நுட்ப முறையை அனைத்து மாநிலங்களிலும் விரைவில் பயனாக்கம் செய்ய வேண்டும். ஒருவர் பணியின் பொருட்டு எந்த மொழி பேசும் பகுதிக்குச் செல்கிறாரோ அந்த மொழியைக் கற்பதற்கான வாய்ப்பை அனைவருக்கும் வழங்க வேண்டும். மற்றபடி அந்தந்த மாநிலத்தில் அந்தந்த மாநில மொழி மட்டுமே முதன்மையாய்க் கற்றுத் தரப்பட வேண்டும். பிற மொழிகளைக் கற்பிப்பது அந்தந்த மாநிலத்தின் வேலையேயன்றி அதில் மத்திய அரசு குறுக்கிடக் கூடாது. தற்பொழுதும் மும்மொழிக் கொள்கை நடைமுறையில்தான் உள்ளது. ஆனால், இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இந்திக்குத் தவிர வேறு எந்த மொழிக்கும் செலவு மேற்கொள்ளப்படாமல் பெயரளவிற்கு நிதி ஒதுக்கமும் பயன்படாமையும்தான் உள்ளன. இத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் ஒரு மொழி - ஒரே மொழி - இந்திமொழி - மட்டுமே இந்தியாவில் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்பதுதான். முதலில் தமிழ் நாட்டில் தமிழைக் கட்டாயமாக்கிவிட்டுப் பிற மொழிக் கல்வி பற்றிப பேசட்டும் மத்திய அரசு. தமிழ்ப்பற்று என்னும் படிகளில் ஏறி ஆட்சிக் கட்டிலில் அமர்ந்த தமிழகக் கட்சிகளே

now the biharis and other north indians came to the south our peoples are loosing the job and there try to demolish our culture ( pan parak culture ) they don't know the cleaness very awakward peoples they should learn first our tamil culture through our tamil we don't want the hindi i don't know hindi but i was appointed to panipat (hariyana state) but i surviled within 4 months i learned the hindi if necessary we can learn any one the marwadi how there are doing business in tamil nadu , are they are tamil literate nothing so the politicians wants to create one more problem in india , they want to make the people as a stupid we don't want hindi , instead of that teach the software language that will give a food for the peoples but the hindi will not give any food , inthis case also they are mentioning the minority people not a hindus avan moonichiyela en peechangaiya vaikka thae mavan..........

Utter waste of time, mind, studying 3 languages. Learn software languages instead, to prosper. Local and International science language are more than enough. Who are the fanatics in central govt, that want to force compulsorily on defenceless toothless other language people. These people should be removed for country's moral growth and development. Can you make Tamil compulsory for all south, as it is the source dravidian language?

Language is just a tool to communicate others so lets learn all indians first their mother tongue then English as their second language.Hindi people can learn their language first as well Tamilian will learn their language first. Its not necessary to say that Hindi is must...if someone force us there will be big problem for india. Tamil is address of Tamilian we will not allow anybody to change it. Tamil should be compulsory to every poeple living in Tamilnadu Every developed nation's citizen learnt subjects in their own language then only we can understand easily the concept of any new science,mathematics...physics...ect...

Very Good ! Two langauge is better three langauges. Hindi and english. Whole Indians must learn Hindi it is compulsory coast to coast . Then English to use in dipolomatics and forign country. It is best way to Govern India.Whole 1.2 billions people must speaka nd write Hindi; then work in Hindi. Rich and power full people learn and talk and work in ENGLISH. So, they can go to other countries and study nad back.

Yes that's good.In this view Centre should implement Navodaya schools in Tamilnadu with the concern over state government.Only Tamilnadu has not accepted so far.People of Tamilnadu loosing the benefit.There is a politicts behind this.

It is a burden on young kids to learn three languages. Lot of time will be wasted on this. This will be at the cost of learning other subjects. In EU Parliament, nearly two dozen languages are recognised. India has much more diversity than Europe. Technology is now available for simultaneous translation. All regional languages should be used in Parliament. There cannot be nationalism without regionalism.

In Hindi belt, i.e., 40% of population must learn one of the south Indian language particularly Tamil. The brutal majority must lead in this respect for 5 yars, then they can ask for Hindi to be taught in Tamilnadu.In paarliament, one must be permitted to express his/her opinion in Tamil. Otherwise, there is no point in Tamilnadu being a part of India.
