[TamilNet, Friday, 24 June 2016, 18:54 GMT]Ranil Wickramasinghe, the prime minister of genocidal Sri Lanka, has
instructed the SL Military Intelligence in Colombo to maintain the
structure and operations of the intelligence agencies deployed in North
and East completely intact from the changes taking place in South,
informed sources in Colombo told TamilNet on Friday. While enacting
certain cosmetic changes in the Intelligence operations in the South,
the structure conceived by former Defense Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa,
will operate without changes in the North-East, the sources further
said. The decision is based on external advice coming from the US
Establishment.
Former SL Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa, a US citizen, was
collaborating with a section of Pentagon in Washington DC in designing
the so-called Counter Insurgency Operations. The COIN operations were
used to wage genocidal onslaught in North-East.
Rajapaksa
brothers were maintaining diplomatic and military-to-military
relationship with USA, China and India and they were making use of the
prevailing geopolitical competition between the USA and China on Indian
Ocean Region along with India’s strategic interests in the region to
wage, complete and defend the root crime of genocide against the nation
of Eezham Tamils.
Although there are conflicting interests
between SL President Maithiripala Sirisena’s SLFP and SL Prime Minister
Ranil Wickramasinghe’s UNP in bringing the affairs of military
intelligence under their control, especially with regards to South,
there is a consensus among both groups on maintaining the same
infrastructure of the occupying military intelligence in the North and
East, the sources further said.
The ‘Terrorist’ Investigation
Division (TID), the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) and the State
Intelligence Service (SIS) are all operating according to the
instructions by the SL Military Intelligence in the North and East
despite Colombo government’s propaganda that these institutions are not
under the SL military anymore.
On matters related to North and
East, it is the SL military intelligence based in Colombo, which is the
‘competent authority’, the sources said.
Many of the SL military
intelligence camps are located at Tamil Eelam Heroes Cemeteries that
have been bulldozed to the ground after the genocidal onslaught in 2009.
Tamil Eelam Heroes Cemeteries at Ellaangku’lam (Vadamaraadchi),
Koappaay (Valikaamam East) and Kodikaamam (Thenmaraadchi) that have been
destroyed by the SL military are now full-fledged SL Military
Intelligence camps.
Most of the Intelligence field officers in
the North-East have not received transfers since 2006 as Colombo wants
to sustain their ‘expertise’.
The Military Intelligence network
in the North and East is also given the task of scheming Sinhala
colonisation and militarisation in the occupied country of Eezham
Tamils.
