புதுதில்லி, செப்.16- நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் அமைச்சர்கள் தமிழில் பதில் அளிக்க முடியாது என்று மக்களவையின் தலைமைச் செயலர் பி.டி.டீ. ஆச்சாரி கூறியுள்ளார்.
திமுகவைச் சேர்ந்த அமைச்சர்களும் எம்.பி.,க்களும் தங்களுக்கு தமிழில் கேள்வி எழுப்பவும் பதில் தரவும் அனுமதி தரவேண்டும் என்று நாடாளுமன்ற அதிகாரியிடம் கோரிக்கை விடுத்திருப்பதாக மத்திய அமைச்சர் மு.க. அழகிரி கூறியிருந்தார்.
இந்நிலையில், அமைச்சர்கள் தமிழில் பதில் அளிக்க அனுமதி இல்லை என்று மக்களவை தலைமைச் செயலர் கூறியுள்ளார். எனினும், உறுப்பினர்கள் தமிழில் கேள்வி கேட்கலாம், பேசலாம் என்றும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார். ஆனால், இந்த விதிமுறை அமைச்சர்களுக்குப் பொருந்தாது என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.
இந்தி அல்லது ஆங்கிலத்தில் தான் அமைச்சர்கள் பதில் தர விதிமுறையில் இடமுள்ளது என்றும் அவர் குறிப்பி்ட்டார்.
Europe has a population ~350 million and the parliment has official languages of all provices..english, french, spanish, german, italian, danish, etc., India if a real federal state of many privoinces with 1000 million, why cant the provices have their lanuages be accepted as equal partners? Do they want to be like china with one language-mandarin, indonesia with one language-bahasa indonesia?? or are we more like europe? Tamil has to be respected for its own independence as long as tamils want it.

Let us SECEDE from the Union. Residual powers has to be with the state and we have to make a clean Federal government. Only then regional issues and sentiments will be given priority and importance.

Ofcourse its Secular and independant state.. Any one can talk in any language, but u want to talk or you want to make others understand... If you want to just talk, then do it in your home daily.. but if you want to stress a point and make other members of parliment understand then you need to talk in a language, which they can understand, So, if you are fighting for elections, you should be atleast a little qualified, but here in tamilnadu, any idiot(sorry to say this) can become minister if he has money with him....

Mr.MK claims that he has made Tamil as semmozhi! Alas it is not accepted in Indian parliment; That too his son cannot speak tamil in Indian parliment. What has happened to his big claim of big victory in the war againt Hindi language imposition. Only result is many people lost their valuable lives. Two generation have lost the opportunity of learning Hindi. Out side Tamil nadu, we are only second class citizens because of lack of hindi knowledge. I appreciate Mr. Tamil Kavi. People who are speaking for Hindi should understand one thing. Hindi has overtaken all the North Indian languages in thier day-to-day life style. They have so much affected by Hindi such they cant do anything in their life without Hindi. In another 20 years there wont be any North Indian languages in India except Hindi. We dont want that situation in Tamilnadu. No place for Hindi in Tamilnadu.

we have to see logically and not emotionally. At present I am in Germany and visitng various countries around GERMANY. The people and even authorities cannot speak English and not understand the Eng. Language. It is difficult for me to go alone But I really wonder Why Indians have not a common Language. Except ,we are political in all matters and not common in every matters. Be a religon or language food habits or social life we are not common. If Tamil is very important,similiarly other regional language is important. Our Parliment is already a FISH market U / we want common NON VEG. market. THINK AND ACT. LET US CONTINUE.

'நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் தமிழில் விடை அளிக்க முடியாது' என்று சொல்வதற்கு யாரும் உரிமை இல்லை. தற்போதைய விதிகளுக்கு இணங்க இயலவில்லை என்னும் உண்மையைக் கூறலாம். இவ்விதிகளை மாற்றி உடனே தமிழில் விடையிறுக்க வாய்ப்பு நலன்களை ஏற்படுத்தித் தர வேண்டும் என்பதே நம் கோரிக்கை. இதனை நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டியது மத்திய அரசின் கடமை.

Looks like Tamilnadu needs a seperate parliment.It simply says one who speaks only tamil cannot be a Cabinet minister !. Either people should have their rights to speak in any language anywhere as they wish including parliment as a member or ministers or Prime Minister.Language should not be bar at this places.We should ditch Congress Govt or if needed India.Im not supporting tamil language here.It should be on every language we speak in india.

. Our neighbouring States Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh Hindi is taught in school levels and people speak fluently. By learning Hindi one cannot forget their mother tongue. It is very much essential for learning Hindi. In Parliament if a member or Minister speaks in his mother tongue, it has to be translated by the interpreter. This will take additional time. No logic to speak in regional language in Parliament as other State Members do not understand and translation also will not be 100% proper. Sometimes, it will mislead the presentation. So, Members should know at least English fluently and such members only should be allowed to contest for MP seats.

It is not understood why Hindi is hated by Dravidian parties. Their family members children learn Hindi & study in Convent Schools. Jayalalitha studied in Church park convent, she has learned Hindi also but she does not want tamil nadu people to learn. MK family members also know Hindi, English. But people of tamil nadu should not learn Hindi and they should suffer . They are making dramas as if they are living for tamils and securing Tamil language. One should understand no one can destroy any language and all languages will remain in tact as long as the world is thee. All languages should be treated equally important. It is necessary for every one to know Hindi and there is nothing harm to teach Hindi in schools. Only Tamil Nadu people are deprived of learning Hindi and are made fools by Politicians. Shame and equally Shocking!!! A Minister can speak ONLY in HINDI & ENGLISH? I don't understand the logic and technicality! A member could ask a question in any one of the official languages which implies that is translated into English/Hindi for other members to understand. So there is no technology issues which leaves me to conclude that HINDI/ENGLISH is imposed against the Wish. An insult or denial of one MPs rights is just not an individual problem it is an insult/denial of entire citizens represented by him/her. What a SHAME!!
