தேசிய உயர்கல்வி ஆணையத்தை எதிர்ப்போம்: அமைச்சர் பொன்முடி


சென்னை, பிப்.16: மத்திய அரசின் தேசிய உயர்கல்வி ஆணையத்தின் வரைவு முன்வடிவை தமிழக அரசு எதிர்ப்பதாக உயர்கல்வித் துறை அமைச்சர் பொன்முடி தெரிவித்தார்.அகில இந்திய தொழில்நுட்ப கல்வி கவுன்சில், பல்கலைக்கழக மானியக் குழு ஆகியவற்றை இணைத்து ஒரே குடையின் கீழ் கொண்டு வர மத்திய அரசு முயற்சித்துள்ளது.இதற்காக, தேசிய உயர்கல்வி ஆணையத்தை அமைப்பதற்கான வரைவு முன்வடிவை மத்திய அரசு தயாரித்துள்ளது. இந்த முன்வடிவு குறித்து ஒவ்வொரு மாநிலத்திலும் உள்ள கல்வியாளர்களிடம் கருத்துக் கேட்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழக முன்னாள் துணைவேந்தர் ஆனந்த கிருஷ்ணன் உள்பட 7 பேர் கொண்ட ஆய்வுக் குழுவை மத்திய அரசு அமைத்துள்ளது.இன்று கருத்துக் கேட்பு: இந்தக் குழுவினர் தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள பல்கலைக்கழகங்களின் துணைவேந்தர்கள், உயர்கல்வித் துறை செயலாளர் ஆகியோரின் கருத்துகளை புதன்கிழமை கேட்கின்றனர். இதற்கான கூட்டம் அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் நடைபெறுகிறது.முன்னதாக, இதுகுறித்து அனைத்து பல்கலைக்கழகங்களின் துணைவேந்தர்களுடன் உயர்கல்வித் துறை அமைச்சர் க.பொன்முடி தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் திங்கள்கிழமை ஆலோசனை நடத்தினார்.கூட்டத்தின் இடையே, செய்தியாளர்களிடம் அவர் பேசியது:""அகில் இந்திய தொழில்நுட்ப கல்விக் கவுன்சில், பல்கலைக்கழக மானியக் குழு ஆகிய அமைப்புகள் அகற்றப்பட வேண்டும் என முன்பே கருத்துத் தெரிவித்தோம். கல்வியை பொதுப் பட்டியலில் இருந்து மாநிலப் பட்டியலுக்கு மாற்ற வேண்டும் என மாநில அரசு தொடர்ந்து வலியுறுத்தி வருகிறது.இந்த நிலையில், தேசிய உயர்கல்வி ஆணையம் அமைக்கப்பட்டால் உயர் கல்வி தொடர்பாக மாநிலங்களுக்கு இருக்கக் கூடிய சிறிதளவு அதிகாரத்தையும் அது குறைப்பதாக இருக்கும் என கல்வித் துறை கருதுகிறது.கல்வியைப் பொதுப் பட்டியலில் சேர்ந்த பிறகே வியாபாரத் துறையாகி, தனியார் தலையீட்டுக்கு ஆளானது என்பது நாடறிந்த, புள்ளி விவரங்களுடன் உள்ள உண்மையாகும். இந்தப் பிரச்னையில் உருவானதுதான் நிகர்நிலைப் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களின் விவகாரம்.கல்வி அதிகாரத்தை... தேசிய உயர்கல்வி ஆணையத்தை அமைப்பது தொடர்பாக, மாநில அமைச்சர்களை அழைத்து மத்திய அரசு பேசும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கிறோம். உயர்கல்வி தொழில்நுட்ப கவுன்சில் மத்திய அரசின் ஆலோசனைப்படி உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. அதற்கு அதிக அதிகாரம் வழங்குவதன் மூலம் கல்வித் தரத்தை அதிகரிக்க முடியும்.பாதகங்கள் என்ன? மாணவர் சேர்க்கையில் நுழைவுத் தேர்வு, பல்கலைக்கழக துணைவேந்தர் நியமனம் போன்றவற்றை தங்கள் கையில் எடுக்க மசோதாவில் வழி வகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.தமிழகத்தில் நுழைவுத் தேர்வு முறையானது நீதிமன்றம் வரை சென்று அரும்பாடுபட்டு நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதை மீண்டும் கொண்டு வர முயற்சிக்கின்றனர்.தமிழகத்தில் இரு மொழித் திட்டமும், சில மாநிலங்களில் மும்மொழித் திட்டமும் நடைமுறையில் உள்ளன. இதுபோன்ற நிலையில், உயர்கல்வி ஆணையம் என்பது நடைமுறைக்கு ஒத்துவராததாக உள்ளது'' என்றார் அமைச்சர் பொன்முடி.கூட்டத்தில், உயர்கல்வித் துறை செயலாளர் கணேசன், உயர்கல்வி மாமன்றத்தின் துணைத் தலைவர் ஏ.ராமசாமி, மன்றத்தின் உறுப்பினர் செயலர் எஸ்.பாஸ்கரன், பல்கலைக்கழகங்களின் துணைவேந்தர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பலரும் பங்கேற்றனர்.
கருத்துக்கள்

கட்சி அரசியல் நோக்கத்தில் இல்லாமல் உள்ளபடியே தமிழ் மக்கள் நலன கருதி பிற தேசிய மக்களுடன் இணைந்து நாடு தழுவிய கல்வி முறையை எதிர்த்து மத்திய அரசு இதனைக் கைவிடச் செய்ய வேண்டும். இல்லையேல் அரசியல் அல்லது அரசு பேரத்திற்கான எதிர்ப்பு என எண்ணி பதவி எலும்புத் துண்டைப் போட்டு மத்திய அரசு வாயை அடைத்துவிடும். உண்மையான கூட்டாட்சி நம் நாட்டில் நடைமுறைப் படுத்தப்படவேண்டும்.

untill before british period muslim community was more than 80 percent educated. Once british gouvt introduced compulsory english teaching,after 50 yrs muslim community educated level decresed to 20 percent. Till now it is going on (except in tamilnadu and kerala). so we in tamailnadu poor people and village student can be affected in near future if we face any change before prepared to be ready. Education is the only tools to any society to develop or dying. nowadays north inda and upper caste is getting jeolosy of tamil nadu's development in education, industries, etc.So we (tamil nadu) should be very careful. TN Gouvt should not loose its control in education.

முற்றிலும் சரியான கோரிக்கை. ஏக இந்தியா என்னும் முழக்கத்தை ஒவ்வொரு துறையாகப் படிப்படியாக நிறைவேற்றுவதைக் கொள்கையாகக் கொண்ட காங்.அரசு கல்வித்துறையில் குறுக்கிட்டு மொழிவாரித் தேசிய மக்களின் வாழ்க்கையைச் சிதைக்கப் பார்க்கிறது. இக்குழுவில் இருந்து திரு அனந்த கிருட்டிணன் விலக வேண்டும். கல்வித்துறை மாநிலப் பட்டியலிலதான் இருக்க வேண்டும். உயர் கல்வி யமைச்சர் முறையாக வாதிட்டு வெற்றி காண வாழ்த்துகிறேன்.

உயர் ஜாதியினர்க்கு ஏற்ற கல்வி கொள்கையை மத்திய அரசு முயற்சி செய்கிறது தலித்களை உயர் கல்வி பெற விடாமல் நசுக்க பார்க்கிறது

Dear Alexander, I am totally agree with Muthukumar's comments, I am 61 year old man, working in U.A.E., he is correctly put it, from Prasanna, Chandrasekhar, Venkatraghavan,Srikant,Ramesh, L Sivaramakrishnan, Dinesh Karthick, Badri, to Vijay and somany other players all are from one particular community. (there was no representation from other community) What about the other communities representation in the national level cricket team. Are they not fit for playing cricket ? Your conclusion is other than a particular community not talented to be a good cricketer. NO DOUBT ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED PLAYERS ARE PLAYED VERY WELL. I was the fan of Krishnamachari Srikant and Venkat Raghavan. Selectors should tbink seriously to accomodate other community players also.

Hello T K Makan/M K: How many times your T Nadu had won the Ranchi Trophy in the national level first? Robin Singh stayed in the Indian team due to his merits of playing - all round display. Now Dinesh Karthik is there. What your Vijay and Badri doing? In Mumbai lots of talents are there. In Tamilnadu, they are fit to play beach cricket only. Now it is not possible, as beach cricket is banned!! Create talents with consistency and then automotically they will enter the arena. No community is required. Now the TN man is the selection manager. Mind that. Don't talk 'community' for anything and everything. Refine yourself. Be a human being.

Dear Alexander (as usual you are changing your name/community/your father, neither you are a christian or muslim you are a hard core -HINDU), the English Speaking Community will not allow anybody otherthan their community to come to their level. I can give hundred/thousands of examples, the socalled English Speaking community having their god father everywhere, including in the judiciary they can get any kind of judgement for their favour. Classic example "how many tamilan in the cricket team representated from Tamil Nadu" can you name one player atleast. Other than Robin Singh, he is from North, what is the reason ? Simple reason all selectors are from your community. Can you answer this ? Don't change your as christian/muslims ?

T K Makan has exhibited his ignorance and proved he is a KINATRU THAVALAI. English is an international lead language and if you don't want to learn it, it is your mistake. Everybody is bestowed with brains. It is in your hands(heads) to utilise it in a proper manner in the best of use to one and all in the world. Here where does the community enter? When somebody is making use of his brains in a better manner, you should also strive hard to use your brains in a much better manner. Your comments prove you are a TASMAC MAKAN and not Tamilkudi Makan!? Think deeply when you are sober and try to lead a honourable and peaceful life, atleast in the future.

It will clearly help the people those who are ENGLISH SPEAKING in TN. In the name of entrance test, they are making ways for the particular community people to florish MORE, those who are already up in education field. They will not allow any weaker section to take any benefits. Thanks to Kapil Sibal, he is a hard-core supporter of the socalled well settled community people. He alone enough to destroy the entire nations weaker section of the people. See the Delhi Newspapers all are supporting his move, what it is shows ? All the newspapers (majority of newspapers/live media) controlled by the upper caste people. Even in TN except few newspapers all are controlled by the socalled english speaking group. They are having their vast network all over the world to destroy the weaker section. They will not allow anybody to come to their level.

if india has to develop as a nation it has to have strong higher education infrastructure which is uniform through out the country. countries outside india like singapore or australia or USA knows the disparities in our education system and have a comprehensive mechanism to rank various colleges and universities according to their strenghts and weakness. let us face the reality today most of the youngsters who study in higher education want to progress in life in a global environment. if india hopes to attract good companies to invest and if indian companies need to grow outside of india we need to have good education and good quality human resources. so with all this background we should support this. in china there is a common entrance exam for colleges - it is not done in each state. look where china has gone in the past 20 years. if we continue to be thinking like how we were thinking yesterday we will not see tomorrow.
