ஹைதராபாத், நவ.6- மாநில முதல்வர்கள் மற்றும் அமைச்சர்களின் சொத்துக்கள் குறித்து விசாரிக்க மத்திய அரசு உத்தரவிட வேண்டும் என்று இந்திய கம்யூனிஸ்ட் கட்சியின் பொதுச்செயலர் ஏ.பி. பரதன் கூறியுள்ளார்.
ஹைதராபாத்தில் இன்று அவர் செய்தியாளர்களுக்கு அளித்த பேட்டியில் இவ்வாறு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
நாட்டின் அரசியல் மற்றும் சமூக அடிப்படையை ஊழல் சீரழித்து வருகிறது. மதுகோடா மட்டுமல்ல நாட்டின் பல்வேறு முதல்வர்கள் மற்றும் அமைச்சர்களின் சொத்துக்கள் குறித்தும் மத்திய அரசு விசாரணை நடத்த வேண்டும். அமலாக்கத்துறை, வருமான வரித்துறை, மத்திய புலனாய்வுக்குழு (சிபிஐ), நீதித்துறை ஆகியவை இத்தகைய விசாரணைகளை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களில் சுமார் 330 பேர் கோடீஸ்வரர்களாக திகழ்கிறார்கள். நமது தேர்தல் முறையை பணம் என்னும் கருப்பு நிழல் ஆக்கிரமித்துள்ளது. தொடக்கத்தில் அதிகார பலமும், பின்னர் குற்றவாளிகளும் அரசியலை ஆட்டிப்படைத்தனர். தற்போது பணபலம் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்ட வழிமுறையாக மாறியுள்ளது.
கர்நாடக மாநிலத்தில் சுற்றுலாத்துறை அமைச்சர் ஜனார்த்தன ரெட்டி தலைமையிலான 'பெல்லாரி சுரங்க மாபியா கும்பல்' மாநில அரசை நிலைகுலையச் செய்ய அச்சுறுத்தி வருகிறது. ஆந்திரப்பிரதேச காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியைச் சேர்ந்தவர்களுக்கும் இந்த மாபியா கும்பலுடன் தொடர்புள்ளது. காங்கிரஸ், பாஜக ஆகிய இருகட்சிகளும் அவர்களைப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்கின்றனர்.
மாவோஸ்ட்டுகளை எதிர்கொள்வது தொடர்பாக பிரதமர் மன்மோகன் சிங்குக்கு கடிதம் எழுதவுள்ளேன்.
இவ்வாறு ஏ.பி. பரதன் தனது பேட்டியில் தெரிவித்தார்.
சொத்துக்கள் பற்றிய உசாவல் மேற்கொண்டால் பல இந்நாள் , முன்னாள் முதல்வர்கள் அமைச்சர்கள் கம்பி எண்ண வேண்டியதுதான். ஆகவே. இந்த நச்சு முயற்சியில் மத்திய அரசு இயங்காது. தேவைப்படும் பொழுது மிரட்டுவதற்கு ஆயுதமாக மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தும்.

How politicians become rich? Please fellow Indian citizens think very carefully. (1)Student bribe to MPs , MPPS to get admition in a college(2). Graduates bribe to MPs , MPPs to get a jobs in the Governments.(3)MPPs and MPs appomited some agents to get monet from people to have passports, Driving licence and other govermmenta services.(4) To get custom office work, gruduate brobe to ministers about 2to3 lacks of Indian money to agent and the agents transfer to miniters later in the other contries . (5) cutom officers bribe the passangers thenthey transfer money to miniters.. there many side ministers and mPPs and MPs bribe from the orninary people. Specially bramins bribe to get high level of possition to central and state governments. If you see the statis of MPs , Mpps, Miniters prifile finacilallt last 20 years you wil find how they get rich with in a short period. முன்னொரு காலத்தில் துண்டு பீடிக்கு வகையில்லாத சாமானியர்கள் இன்று சொன்னால் தலை கிறங்கும் அளவுக்கு செல்வந்தர்களக எப்படி ஆனார்கள் என்று அந்த பராசக்தி தான் விளக்கவேண்டும்.

நமது அரசியல் மிகவும் பாழ்பட்டுவிட்டது.வெள்ளையர்களிடமிருந்து நாட்டை விடுவித்த காந்தி போல் நம்நாட்டின் கொள்ளையர்களிடமிருந்து காக்கும் இன்னொரு காந்தி பிறக்கவேன்டும் இல்லாவிட்டால் இவர்கள் வெள்ளையர்களை விட ஆபத்தானவர்கள்.ஏனெனில் அவர்களாவது அன்னியன் என காரணம் சொல்லி விரட்ட வாய்ப்புள்ளது.ஆனால்? இக்கொள்ளையர்களை எதை சொல்லி விரட்டுவது?

கணக்கெடுத்துப் பார்த்தால் முதலமைச்சர்கள் என்ன, பிரதமர்களை விட பணக்காரராக நம்ம் ஆள்தான் முதலில் இருப்பார். கேட்டால் கலைத்துறையில் சம்பாதித்தேன் என்பார்.

gone are those days when people in politics were scared of flauting their wealth. now 'samanians' have become 'crorepathis' ranking in the top 100 or 200 wealthy people of the world. now these people are emboldened enough to declare their asset value in the range of several crores of rupees without any sense of shame. declaring their assets before contesting the election is used as a tool towards regularising their ill gotten wealth. if they lose the election also they win on another front 'i.e., indirectly regularising their ill gotten wealth' by asserting 'see i have already declared my assets, i am a born rich person, i have not earned money after entering politics' etc. anything and everything, finally politicians emerge victorious.
