Tamil National Alliance (TNA) supporters in Mullaiththeevu on Tuesday have burnt the effigy of NPC Chief Minister Mr CV Wigneswaran who took his oath before genocidal Colombo’s President Mahinda Rajapaksa on Monday. New Delhi Establishment’s External Affairs Minister Mr. Salman Kurshid had already arrived in Colombo when Wigneswaran was taking oath to function under the 13th Amendment. Immediately after the ceremony, the visiting New Delhi minister received leading TNA personalities in Colombo itself on Monday evening and congratulated them. The effigies of TNA leaders Mr R. Sampanthan and Mr M.A Sumanthiran were also burnt along with that of Wigneswaran on Tuesday. All elected TNA representatives in the NPC as well as SL parliament except four, had boycotted the oath-taking ceremony.

The newly elect Chief Minister Wigneswaran became unpopular among his people in the North for the first time on Monday when he took oath before Mahinda Rajapaksa, the executive president of genocidal Sri Lanka.

All the elected representatives except two, including Wigneswaran, in the NPC and all the parliamentarians elected by people, except Sampanthan and Vinayagamoorthy, boycotted the event, expressing not only Tamil Nation’s reservations against the regime of Rajapaksa’s, but also their symbolic rejection of the Sri Lankan unitary constitution to which Wigneswaran had to swear his ‘commitment’ in front of the SL president.

In the meantime, political analysts in Colombo, citing the arrival of the Indian Foreign Minister to the island and to the North, said that the oath-taking was a message to Eezham Tamils from the Establishments. The TNA hierarchy has also admitted that the oath-taking was done according to the wishes of the external elements.

The visiting Indian FM, who unofficially met the TNA personalities in Colombo on Monday, will have a scheduled ‘bilateral’ meeting with the NPC Chief Minister Mr Wigneswaran in Jaffna on Tuesday.

MA Sumanthiran, the appointed parliamentarin on TNA’s national list, had cancelled a foreign fundraising trip to be present in Colombo and Jaffna.

The senior parliamentarian from Jaffna, Appapillai Vinayakamoorthy, who had been invited to Colombo, told journalists in North after the Colombo episode that he was unable escape from the venue due to the pressure exerted on him by the hierarchy of the TNA. “Sumanthiran has trapped me into this,” he told the journalists. “I was waylaid as he told me that all the leaders of constituting parties in the TNA were to be present along with all the other parliamentarians. When I realised it was not the case, it was too late,” he told the journalists.

On their part, the TNA’s Sampanthan and Sumanthiran justified their act by saying they were adhering to the advices by the foreign governments that were telling them to have a smooth start of the NPC.

No TNA parliamentarian from the East was present at the venue, despite pressure from the pro-Establishment elite of the TNA. The leaders of the TELO, EPRLF too were absent.

The episode has demonstrated the prevailing ideological division between the Establishment-centric elitist minority among the TNA and the people-centric majority in the Northern Provincial Council.

Expressing his displeasure, Mr Sivajilingam of TELO told media that a clear message has been passed by the majority of the TNA to the pro-Establishment elitists, whom he named as the ‘Lion Flag group’ of the TNA. The episode has ironed out his differences with Selvam Adaikkalanathan of TELO.

In the meantime, a group of elected NPC members have stated that they were not prepared to take oath in front of CV Wigneswaran who has insulted the emotions of the Tamil people in his rush to serve the agenda of New Delhi and Washington in saving the Sri Lankan State and themselves from the crime of genocide and the ongoing structural genocide of the nation of Eezham Tamils.

Despite the murky history of paramilitary collaboration with Colombo and India, the people of Jaffna voted for Tharmalingam Sitharthan as he publicly embraced the fundamental tenets of Eezham Tamil nationhood during the election campaign, an act which demonstrated that the people were prepared to reconcile with their own given the new opportunity to join the mainstream Tamil national politics. But, Mr Sitharthan was simply instructed to be present at the venue by the Indian embassy officials in Colombo, informed sources in Colombo said.

It now becomes increasingly clear that the Wigneswaran-Sumanthiran-Sampanthan trio is bent upon hijacking a peoples’ verdict to serve the agenda of New Delhi and Washington that in turn are bent upon propping the Colombo-centric State in the island and upon absolving the crimes of all the genocidal partners, without conceding anything. Colombo-centric media writers say that the NPC ‘chief minister’ designate Mr C.V. Wigneswaran plans to meet the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Ms Jayalalithaa, on his first foreign visit. Ms Jayalalithaa should not deviate from a resolution, enacted after six hundred thousand people took to streets in Tamil Nadu that provided international space for the independence voice of Eezham Tamils. Tamil Nadu aptly answering Wigneswaran is answering New Delhi, said a Tamil activist for alternative politics in Jaffna.

Gullible sections of Tamils may wonder why the attack on the TNA. It is not an attack on the TNA but on the hijackers inside it. They are not alone. They have their network prepared for a long time by the masters.

The war was not waged against the LTTE or Pirapaharan because of the so-called ‘terrorism’. It was waged against the independence of Eezham Tamils just because it stood in the way of the geopolitical greed of certain Establishments. They didn’t shun the genocide and they don’t shun the on-going structural genocide either, because Tamils don’t have a State anywhere in the world.

Therefore, there will never be a guarantee that another genocide will not be committed on Tamils, or the present on-going structural genocide will be stopped, unless the State issue is sorted out with international guarantees.

Tamils all over the world has to realize that the struggle has reached a stage of addressing certain Establishments, especially the ones in New Delhi and Washington, than addressing the Agent State in Colombo. If this has not been realized or if it is concealed, then the present day Tamils are historical fools despite their long civilisation.

Among all the Tamils all over the world, Tamil Nadu has the basic capacity to come out with paradigm-setting struggles of popular democratic nature, as the Eezham Tamils in the island are gagged, their voice manipulated by hijack, and the diaspora of part-time activists is equally hijacked or managed by making their leadership to sit on any meaningful struggle. That’s why Wigneswaran chose to direct the seemingly unwarranted attack on Tamil Nadu.

Any response coming from the people of Tamil Nadu in this respect will be highly appreciated not only by Tamils all over the world, but also by the peoples struggling against the designs of the Establishments all over the world.

There is an opinion that Wigneswaran and his ilk in the TNA have to be encouraged by Tamils in steering the course of the struggle in the right way. The best way to encourage a right course of struggle is categorically denouncing the deviating talk of the trio, because encouragement in any other way would be understood and interpreted as endorsement to the hijack course.

Wigneswaran talking about attitudinal change in the South, without internationally recognizable guarantees, is an old story, habitually and routinely retold by every Colombo-centric element after every pogrom since 1958. Even a Sinhala hawker in the Pettah market used to tell the same thing after every pogrom, the Tamil activist for alternative politics commented.

For the edification of the Colombo-centric minds, the activist sent a short story, based on the 1958 Pogrom, written 50 years ago in the early 1960s, by a veteran Eezham Tamil writer, the late Mr Mu. Thalaiyasingam.

Wigneswaran becomes chosen mouthpiece of imperialist orchestration

Following an interview to The Hindu, condemning Tamil Nadu voicing for the independence of Eezham Tamils, the NPC Chief Minister candidate C.V. Wigneswaran in an interview to The Times of India on Friday denounced the call for boycotting CHOGM meet in Colombo as well. The boycott call comes largely from the international human rights circles outside of the Establishments. More than representing the true aspirations of Eezham Tamils, and placing it in the right perspective to the international community of peoples, the focus of Wigneswaran is primarily on facilitating the agenda of the international community of Establishments that attempts to confirm its ‘victory’ in upholding the Colombo-centric State and at the same time absolve the genocidal crimes of all concerned, commented Tamil activists for alternative politics.

“I am not for this business of boycotting,” Wigneswaran was cited by The Times of India.

But he is in the business of advocating the world to boycott active struggles against erring Establishments everywhere. It is sad that such a polity comes from a candidate, seeking mandate from a nation that is put to genocidal onslaught by leading Establishments of the world, the Tamil activists commented.

"We must have the courage of conviction to tell the Sri Lankan government that it has done this and this and what does it got to say... It is better you say it at the CHOGM rather than keep away," Wigneswaran was further cited by the TOI.

Wigneswaran should first have the courage to tell this to New Delhi and London that will be sitting in the CHOGM, the activists said, adding that it will be a folly to facilitate the culprits to have their way with the CHOGM meet and expect them to take a righteous stand.

Like the Chennai-based The Hindu, the Mumbai-based Times of India orientated the interview to particularly address at Tamil Nadu.

The CHOGM boycott call is rather global, spearheaded by world human rights groups worried about wrong precedents and paradigms set by the Establishments, than originating from Tamil Nadu. But TOI’s concern was Tamil Nadu.

While leaders of political parties in Tamil Nadu have been strident in their demand that India boycott the CHOGM in Colombo in November, Wigneswaran has called for the country’s participation, TOI projected.

“Lanka Tamil party’s CM nominee wants India to take part in Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting,” the TOI headlines said.

The TOI interview once again reiterated Wigneswaran’s attack on Tamil Nadu leaders and cited him saying that “India owed it to the ‘Lankan Tamil community’ to help revive ‘democratic’ institutions.”

What divisive purposes Wigneswaran serves today should be clear to global Tamils, the activists in the island said, adding that the former justice has become the chosen mouthpiece for the orchestration of the Establishments.

The mainstream media gang-up in India, similar to their gang-up during the genocidal war, and the active role being played in recent times by the Mumbai-based Times of India of corporate interests in propping up the Colombo-centric Sinhala State in the island, have to be carefully understood in Tamil Nadu, the activists said.

Indian intelligence-run outfits in recent times have been coming out with ‘sane’ articles denouncing the US role in West Asia and shedding tears for the people in Syria and Egypt. Had the Indian writers paid at least a small fraction of this care on what took place in their backyard and the ‘strategic complicity’ of New Delhi in it along with the USA, the world paradigms would have been different, the Tamil activists for alternative politics commented.

But New Delhi proved and proves worse than the USA and all other ‘strategic partners’ in handling the course in the island to the annihilation of the nation of Eezham Tamils in the war and in the aftermath, the activists said.

After steering the course of the war to end in genocide, the signals coming from New Delhi and Washington were that they wanted ‘leaders’ to come from Tamils to denounce their own aspirations, and to diffuse, hijack or sit on any democratic struggle of Eezham Tamils either, even if any non-descript powers under confirmed subjugation have to be ‘devolved’.

This means, Eezham Tamils cannot evolve their own genuine leadership and even the leadership of ‘Stateless’ Tamils all over the world outside will be condemned, and silenced, the activists for alternative politics said.

After more or less illegitimating the leadership in Tamil Nadu, in providing at least a small international space for the genocide-facing nation of Eezham Tamils to claim for its independence, the former Justice Wigneswaran planted from the blues to simulate the leadership of Eezham Tamils now claims 80–90 per cent support of Tamils in the island for his polity, the Tamil activists commented on the TOI interview.

According to Wignesaran cited by the TOI, Tamils lost Eastern Province due to their leaders keeping away from the election. He was deliberately overlooking the demographic genocide that had taken place and is taking place with the blessings of New Delhi and other international engineers of Sri Lankan State, who now say that it is the ground reality. They work for the same even in the North with the LLRC agenda. The TNA did contest the East. Does Wigneswaran mean to draw a line between TNA before him and after him, asked the Tamil activists.

Wigneswaran in the TOI interview equating Pirapaharan with the Sri Lankan government in brutality is no justice at all, the activists said.

The tone and language of the election speeches by some TNA leaders, especially the speech by another ‘discovered’ leader Mr. Sumanthiran, re-enact the Federal Party scenario prior to the militant struggle, in which politicians were telling something to Tamils and dealing something else with Colombo, the activists said, citing a speech made at Ki’linochchi this week.

Wigneswaran in his TOI interview was concerned about SL military engineering the election by preventing some people and allowing others in the voting for the candidates.

Of all the candidates, the SL military particularly targeting Ms. Ananthi, the most popular candidate based on the land of Eezham Tamils, has not gone unnoticed by political observers.

Mr C.V. Wigneswaran, the Chief Minister candidate the TNA was prodded to field by the Establishments, found The Hindu on Thursday to bare open what would be his political agenda once given with a ‘mandate’ by a choice-less people, commented Tamil activists for alternative politics in the island. Speaking to The Hindu, and comparing the island situation to a husband and wife fight at home, Wigneswaran addressed to Tamil Nadu that “We will fight, but sometimes we come together. The next-door neighbour must not come and say ‘you must divorce, you must divorce’. That is not your business.” Will the former justice come out with a similar stricture on Washington, New Delhi and Beijing in complicity with the spouse murdering dominant spouse, asked the activists.

Like telling to Tamil Nadu that it is none of its business to talk about secession, will the Justice be able to equally tell especially the West and India that it is none of their business to tell a nation to stop talking about independence, the activists asked.

According to Wigneswaran, when politicians in Tamil Nadu say separation is the only solution, the Sinhalese masses – many sections of which fear that Tamils would collaborate with India and form a separate State – get very annoyed.

“We get affected by what is being said there,” Wigneswaran told The Hindu, as though the genocidal Sinhala State would keep quiet if nothing is said in Tamil Nadu.

Wigneswaran echoes the orchestration that is being carried out at the behest of the ultimate culprits of Tamil genocide, the activists for alternative politics said.

They cited at the Norwegian Ambassador in Colombo telling exactly the same thing to the diaspora two weeks ago, which was denounced by the democratically elected Norwegian Council of Eezham Tamils. Wigneswaran now comes to the defence of the orchestration by addressing the same thing at Tamil Nadu, the activists commented.

Wigneswaran has the courage to talk in this way, because he is confident to the core that the Eezham Tamils in the island trapped by the guided polity of the TNA, have no choice other than voting for him. But actually there is not much difference between him and Mr Douglas Devananda, who some times back proclaimed that ‘collaboration’ is the trend of the times, the activists said.

Mr. Sumanthiran and Mr Sampathan were chosen for a long time to lay such a trap, and Wigneswaran has been planted at a right time. If even before getting elected Wigneswaran is talking like this, imagine how he would make himself useful to the agenda of the Establishments when he could cite the votes casted for him as a ‘mandate’, commented the activists.

In the judgement of the Establishments, Colombo-centric minds are the best bet for their agenda. Right from the colonial times the West was quite familiar and comfortable in handling the Colombo-centric minds among the Tamils. We had a Sir. P. Ramanathan who never wanted the Tamils in the island to get involved with the freedom struggle in India, saying that the situation in the island was different.

Even after ditched by the British and the Sinhala leaders, Ramanathan was still hanging on to the Colombo-centric hopes. A Youth Congress had to come to challenge his polity. People appreciated the Youth Congress but they were not mobilised. Had we actively participated in the anti-imperialist Indian liberation movement along with Tamil Nadu, we would have been in a better position to negotiate at the time of the so-called independence, the activists for alternative politics said.

After Independence Tamil people looked upon India, but leaders were Colombo-centric and orientated to the West. Through some elements the legacies continued even within the militant struggle. People were ditched by India in 1987. India and West ditched both the people and the leaders in 2009.

When Tamils without a State are a targeted people by all the imperialists, and when we have to wage a global struggle as global Tamils, here we now go again with a silk-clad Wigneswaran, the activists said.

Perhaps two factors that were not there earlier are the diaspora and Tamil Nadu. It depends much on how the two factors, especially the younger generation of them, are going to respond to the challenges of the times, the activists further said.

Wigneswaran seeks mandate for ‘IC-facilitated’ Northern Provincial Council

People's participation in the polls to Northern Provincial Council will be significant to the implementation of the 13th Amendment. Since Colombo has agreed to conduct the election merely because of international pressure, people have to be prepared to resist any sabotage. The elected PC will help to end the governor’s rule and interferences in civil administration, said Tamil National Alliance's Chief Minister candidate for Northern Province and retired Justice C.V. Wigneswaran on Monday in Jaffna, after fielding TNA's list of candidates for Northern PC elections. Meanwhile, Colombo President Mahinda Rajapaksa implied ‘understanding’ with the candidature of Wigneswaran, when he said on Tuesday that he would be willing meet Wigneswaran to discuss land and police powers to provinces.

Speaking to media editors in Colombo on Tuesday, Rajapaksa described the election as a sign of ‘new freedom’ people in the North are currently enjoying.

Announcing a three-member commission that would be appointed by his Secretary to investigate the incidents of ‘disappearances’ during the war, Rajapaksa who waged the genocidal war said that the decision was not owing to any outside pressure.

If Tamil National Alliance (TNA) Chief Ministerial candidate C.V Wigneswaran is interested in discussing the issue over land and police powers to the provinces he is willing to meet Wigneswaran on that issue, Rajapaksa was cited saying at the media meet.

Meanwhile, in Jaffna, Wigneswaran who painted a picture of international success in making Rajapaksa to agree to the PC elections in the North, totally blacked out the compulsion imposed by certain powers on Eezham Tamils and the TNA to accept the already existing and failed model of Provincial Councils under a unitary constitution.



Through the election he was asking for a mandate from the people of the North for the 13th Amendment of the unitary constitution. The way he was appealing, the election will be certainly exploited by the powers that set the stage for the genocide to interpret that Tamils are now ‘reconciled’ to non-independence, non-federal, non-descript solution, political observers in Jaffna said.

TNA’s list of candidates for the North was finalised at a meeting presided by Mr R. Sampanthan, TNA parliamentarian for Trincomalee and Mr. M.A. Sumanthiran TNA’s nominated parliamentarian based in Colombo, who had come to Jaffna for the occasion.

Tamil problem in the island is a wrong nomenclature. It should be renamed as Jaffna problem, was the view of BJP-RSS-Shive Sena journalist Das Gupta, implying that isolated handling of Jaffna by others will silence everything.

At the height of the genocidal war in March 2009, one its main architects Robert Blake, who was then the US Ambassador in Colombo, was harping on provincial elections in the North.

“An important part of the credibility of those elections will be for the Government and other parties to choose candidates for Chief Minister who will be viewed as legitimate in the eyes of Tamils in the North,” Blake said speaking at Taj Samudra in March 2009.

“Implementation of the 13th amendment will allow communities to make decisions and have authority over the day-to-day affairs that are the most important in their lives,” Blake then said, which is now echoed by Wigneswaran.

After ending the war in genocide, Blake who became the US Asst. Secretary of State as well as other US officials, talking of ‘devolution’ of power to provinces as solution, were often hinting at ‘suitable’ hands to come from Tamils.

Events take place in a pre-arranged way to diffuse the national question of Eezham Tamils by hoodwink and intimidation; to provide avenues of blanket escape to all the culprits of the genocide, the masterminds as well as agents; to smoothly go ahead with corporate ‘development’ without caring structural genocide or annihilation of the nation and finally to set a global paradigm that committing injustice upon injustice in a silencing way is international justice, activists for alternative politics in Jaffna commented.

Justice Wigneswaran was not only demanding sole support from the people, but was also asking ‘mandate’ for the implementation of the 13th Amendment, which had been denounced for decades by the Tamil polity, including the TNA prior to 2009.

The success of implementing the 13th Amendment lies in the mandate given by the people he said.

The mandates in the earlier elections conducted in the times of the militants are rejected by others as they were not democratic. So if people prove a mandate now it could not be rejected, Wigneswaran said.

What respect the IC and India have for the overwhelming mandate given in unison by Tamils in the North and East in the pre-militant day free and fair democratic elections of 1977, asked the activists for alternative politics in the island.

Justice Wigneswaran not only ignores this international injustice, but also fails to tell to the world that even the present elections in the island are not free and fair as the 6th Amendment to the constitution gags Tamils from voicing what is actually their mandate, the activists said.

Wigneswaran was telling that the PC is certainly a big step from the District Development Councils for which elections were held in 1982, and people should make use of the opportunity.

He was painting a picture as though the PC is tried only now. Not the DDC, but even the PC in the combined North and East failed even when a guaranteeing IPKF was present.

Answering questions, Wigneswaran said that there are many impediments in implementing the 13th Amendment, but he would talk to Colombo on them.

The earlier Chief Minister Varatharaja Perumal, with the full backing of India failed in his talks with Colombo over the implementation.

TNA has fielded 36 candidates and only 3 of them are women.

46-year-old Ms Ananthi Sasistharan, the wife of Mr Elilan, the former LTTE Political Head of Trincomalee is one of them, representing Jaffna district. She has been voicing for the rights of the missing persons. The other two women candidates represent Mullaiththeevu and Ki'linochchi districts.

Two former Jaffna University student activists, who faced detention and harassments by the SL military, have also been named.

Both, Mr. Arnold, the organiser of the ITAK in Jaffna city and Santhiralingam Sugirthan who represented the Jaffna University Student Union (JUSU) are former student activists from the Pongku Thamizh times.

Several retired school principals, teachers and civil servants have been selected as candidates by the TNA.

The General Secretary of ITAK, Mr Mavai Senathiraja, Mr M.K. Sivajiligam of TELO, veteran ITAK member and civil activist Mr CVK Sivagnanam, Mr Suresh Premachandran of EPRLF and Mr Tharmalingam Siththarthan of PLOTE were with Justice Wigneswaran while he was addressing the media in Jaffna after fielding the candidates of TNA for the PC elections.

Meanwhile, former LTTE media coordinator Daya Master, who was expected to contest the elections under Rajapaksa’s UPFA, was not fielded as a candidate.

The highlight shows the priority in New Delhi’s polity and media in diffusing and detracting the uprising in Tamil Nadu for the independence of Eezham Tamils that is denied primarily by New Delhi and Washington. Justice C V Wigneswaran, TNA’s chief minister candidate in the Northern Provincial Council election under the unitary constitution of genocidal Sri Lanka, told Hindustan Times at the end of his interview: “It is natural for friends in Tamil Nadu to show emotions but the Sri Lankan issue is being used there for political gains. To them, I will only say this: You are welcome to give us any other kind of support but please allow us to work out our own solutions to our own problems within a united Sri Lanka.”

Is it worse than the bureaucracy-intelligence-run New Delhi Establishment using the Eezham Tamil issue for its military and corporate gains by partnering genocide, by upholding the genocidal unity of the Sinhala State and by denying liberation for the nation of Eezham Tamils in the island, asked the Tamil activists in the island. In the same spirit, why can’t the Tamils tell New Delhi that is propping up the ‘unity’ of the Sinhala State to allow us to work out our own solutions to our own problems by finding independence? There was always the probability that had New Delhi stood aside, we could have by now found the solutions, the activists said.

Justice Wigneswaran is not justified in making such a statement only against Tamil Nadu polity that too by taking an extra-mandate liberty in being partial to “united Sri Lanka.” Tomorrow if he is elected as the CM, he would say people have ‘mandated’ for ‘united Sri Lanka’. He continues with the treacherous blunder the TNA was forced to commit in the previous elections by the powers behind, the activists in the island observed, adding that keeping Tamil Nadu and the diaspora quiet is now the task of the forces that had ganged up for the genocide and are now engineering for the structural completion of it.

Further comments from the Tamils for alternative politics in the island: “When a wife is beaten up by a husband, it is not an internal affair. Neighbours have a duty to intervene […] it is natural to then turn to our next-door neighbour,” Wigneswaran said in the interview answering a question why the TNA seeks international opinion to an internal matter.

First of all Justice Wigneswaran contradicted his own logic in telling Tamil Nadu to allow Tamils in the island to resolve their problems by themselves.

If the justice’s perception of the next-door neighbour is not people but State, and if it is New Delhi, what to do if that next-door neighbour, with a sinister desire on the wife, is worse than the husband? One has to naturally expect the next-door neighbour’s wife, who is also equally suffering from injustice, to take care of it. That’s what Tamil Nadu is doing.

Justice Wigneswaran who was telling that he feels “like a person who has jilted his lover and is getting married to the person his parents found for him," explained the phrase “parents” to Hindustan Times as friends, fellow lawyers, judges and his students.”

But political observers say that the ‘parents’ are Washington and New Delhi, and the greedy couple wants the independence and sovereignty of the nation of Eezham Tamils as dowry to be extracted by their ‘son’ for passing it to their pet daughter in Colombo.

There are many Eezham Tamils who silently appreciate the noble candidature of Justice Wigneswaran the TNA was able to come out with, even though it should have done so after rejecting outright the treachery of Washington and New Delhi for telling to try the PC model of the unitary constitution, after all what had happened and what is happening.

But Wigneswaran with his connections with the Colombo Establishment cannot turn into another ‘Laxman Kadirgamar.

If he could achieve anything by playing the agenda of the genocidal culprits, let him try and prove it. If he is destined to become the CM of the hollow PC, he could be so even if people boycott voting. When it is the USA and India that want the Sinhala military to occupy the country of Eezham Tamils and to carryout demographic and development ‘solutions,’ let him deceive himself in sending the military out without deploying counter geopolitical strength in the form of mass uprising in Tamil Nadu and in the diaspora, or let him deceive Tamils by talking on phased withdrawal of the military, keeping it in the barracks etc. But he should refrain from weakening Tamil Nadu and the diaspora calling for the independence of Eezham Tamils.

Justice Wigneswaran should not take up the task of proving to the world that a set of international criminals could commit any extent of crime and escape scot-free without delivering due justice, by hoodwink and engineering of victims, so that it will be a paradigm for future human civilisation, cautioned the Tamil activists for alternative politics in the island.
